I thought it would be a good idea to start a thread devoted specifically to this muscle, since it is the one that is most often "forgotten" in OBPI. So I'm going to repost a post from another discussion and please feel free to contribute what works for you with the infraspinatus.

A 6-year-old girl and her mom came in to check out the machine. Basically, we put the electrode on her infraspinatus (see Kath's picture)

What worked the best was for me to sit next to her on her affected side, put my elbow against her elbow, and try to get her to reach for things up and out to the side. You could do this with treats or something like that with Ryan. You are resisting their elbow coming up and trying to get his hand to come up and out - sort of like a "hitchiking".
